i love babies because they are cuddly and they all look innocent. they try to communicate by making up their own words and sounds, and they laugh at very simple things. of course i don’t remember being one.

so there, i like BOYS OVER FLOWERS because it’s cute and filled with funny moments that you don’t witness or even experience everyday. it’s some sort of a good relief from all the everyday stress and complications so i recommend taking a peek at even one of its episodes and see if you’d be hooked too. anyway, i’ve watched a few episodes of the taiwanese version, METEOR GARDEN, which was also a hit and i think i like the korean version much better because it’s fast-paced. other korean productions / movies that are among my favorites are MY SASSY GIRL and WINDSTRUCK. i’m a big fan of koreans when it comes to romantic comedies so kudos!

P.S. maybe i’m also a big fan of stories with powerful women.

This enormous squid, which was determined to be a male of the species, was 10 meters (32.8 feet), and weighed 450 kilograms (992 pounds), making it the largest squid (the largest invertebrate) ever captured. What is even more astonishing is that, from what scientists know about squid species in general, there is great sexual dimorphism in squids, with females being significantly larger than the males. If that holds true for the Colossal squid, this male specimen that was captured could very well be dwarfed by a much larger female of the species.
